SpaceQuick.com collects personally identifiable information that you may voluntarily provide on online forms, which may include: user registration, contact requests, support request, online surveys, and other online activities. The personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) collected on this Site can include some or all of the following: your name, address, telephone number(s), e-mail addresses, text messaging information and other contact information associated with electronic or digital messaging methods, vehicles and interaction, credit card information, demographic information, and any other information you may voluntarily provide. You will have the choice whether or not to disclose such Personal Information in the above activities; however, some parts of the Site and some services may be more difficult or impossible to use if you choose not to disclose Personal Information.
Limitation of Liability. IN NO EVENT SHALL SPACEQUICK.COM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS AND DAMAGES RELATED TO CORRUPTION OR DELETION OF WEBSITE (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, INOPERABILITY OF HOSTING SERVERS), REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF SPACEQUICK.COM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE LIMITATIONS DESCRIBED HEREIN WILL ALSO APPLY TO ALL DOMAIN NAME DISPUTES, INVOLVING BOTH NEW DOMAIN REGISTRATIONS AND RENEWALS OR ANY FAILURE TO RENEW. IN NO EVENT SHALL SPACEQUICK.COM'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR WEBSITE, DOMAIN, LOGO, OR HOSTING SERVICES.
Use of Service. By using our service you agree to our TOS. You agree to an Annual hosting fee due at the beginning of the month you agreed to service. A cancellation of service fee is $75.00 which secures your domain for transfer to another host. By using our services you agree to indemnify, defend and hold SpaceQuick.com and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents harmless from and against any liabilities, losses, damages or costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any third-party claim, action, dispute or demand related to your use of the hosting services you purchase. Your violation of any of the provisions of this Agreement will be cause for termination. Such liabilities may include, but are not limited to, those arising from the following: (a) with respect to your business, (i) infringement or misappropriation of any intellectual property rights; (ii) defamation, libel, slander, obscenity, pornography, or violation of the rights of privacy or publicity; or (iii) spamming, or any other offensive, harassing or illegal conduct or violation of the acceptable uses described herein or anti-spam policy; (b) any damage or destruction to SPACEQUICK software, code, or equipment or to any other account holder, which damage is caused by or otherwise results from acts or omissions by you, your representative(s) or your designees; (c) any personal injury or property damage arising out of your activities related to the Services; and (d) any other damage arising from your equipment or your business. (e) Use of hosting space is only allowed to companies who do not host pornography. Also excluded are major video file sharing or storage companies similar to youtube, myspace, facebook, ebay, or dating sites. Affiliates are okay but compaines who are direct competitors are also excluded. Botton line, any company who plans on using our services to abuse and spam others intentionally will not be allow to use our services.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion.
